What is Laser?

Its an acronym for Light Application by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. In simple words, a light is amplified to a band of energy which is concentrated to a small focal point to get the desired Laser beam which is then used for Laser Marking, Laser Engraving and Laser Etching. Laser marking is a process of using the Laser beam to alter the appearance or the properties of surface on which it is applied. Here the surface is burnt, or scribbled or reacted upon by the laser to mark the logos, QR codes, Barcodes or any alphanumeric part numbers or codes for identification. This is a permanent marking which do not involve any chemical, inks or dyes. The laser marking is done on number of components or objects or products.
